We have so much to do to this house! Below is our very basic project list for this house. Naturally we have a hundred other projects we hope to complete while we work on this list. Wish us luck ’cause we know nothing about what we’re doing!
Main Level:
- New Kitchen with Cabinets, Countertops, Backsplash, Appliances, Floors
- New or Update Bathroom
- Update Light Fixtures
- Install hardwood throughout
Lower Level:
- Remove Tile Edging
- Trimwork & Paint
- Install Carpeting (hire out)
- Update Bathroom with Paint, Vanity, Mirror, Lights
Yard:
- Repair Patio Roof & Paint (hire out)
- Paint Garage Doors
- Replace Fence
- Paint Front Door
- Grow a Garden
